By using our website or purchasing from Lamination Lab, you confirm that you are:

Beauty Products

Our lash lift and brow lamination products are professional-use cosmetics. It is your responsibility to ensure that:

  • You have the necessary skills or certifications to use them correctly

  • You follow all usage instructions and safety guidelines

  • You perform patch tests where required to avoid allergic reactions

We are not responsible for misuse, injury, or adverse reactions.

Training Courses

We offer training programs (digital or in-person). By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Attend as scheduled or follow digital access guidelines

  • Not share, reproduce, or resell course content

  • Acknowledge that completion does not guarantee employment or client outcomes

Access to course materials may be revoked if misuse is detected.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud

Payments are securely processed via Shopify’s integrated payment gateways. We do not store your credit card details.

5. Refunds & Returns

Please note:

  • Opened or used beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

  • Digital courses are non-refundable once access is granted

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days (where eligible)

All content on this website, including logos, images, product descriptions, videos, and course materials, is the intellectual property of Lamination Lab and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

You may not use our products or materials for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions, incorrect application, or training misuse

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service purchased
