Thank you for shopping with Lamination Lab. We aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for all delivery-related information.

1. Delivery Within South Africa

We deliver nationwide across South Africa using The Courier Guy, a reliable third-party courier service.

Standard Delivery

Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
Delivery time: 1–4 business days depending on your location
Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your area and order size
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email or SMS once your order is dispatched

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, public holidays, courier delays).

2. In-Person Collection (Click & Collect)

You’re welcome to collect your order in person from our premises at:

🕒 Collection hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (excluding public holidays)

You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup
Please bring your order confirmation or ID when collecting
Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification

3. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee them. Delays may occur due to:

High order volumes (e.g., during sales)
Courier network disruptions
Incomplete or incorrect delivery information

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@laminationlab.co.za with your order number.

4. Delivery Areas

We ship to all major cities, towns, and regional areas across South Africa. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Note: We currently do not ship internationally.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Lamination Lab is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address details
Unavailable recipients at the delivery address

Additional courier charges may apply if redelivery is needed.

6. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order:
